Flame 1 – $45.00 per person (minimum of 50 people) plus GST

  • Meats:

    Flame 1 comes with 3 types of meat!

    1. Beef Rump Cap
    2. Marinated Chicken Thigh Fillet
    3. Chorizo

  • Salads:

    Flame 1 comes with 2 picks of salad that can be selected from the list below:

    1. Mix Leaves Salad (Danish Feta, Spanish Onions and Black Olives).
    2. Tomato Salsa
    3. Coleslaw
    4. Potato Salad
    5. Rocket (Sundried Tomato, Parmesan Cheese and Black Olives)

  • Sauces / Sides:

    • Flame Chipotle Smoked Mayo
    • Bread Roll

Flame 2 – $50.00 per person (minimum of 45 people) plus GST
